Shipping Times:
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
Orders placed after 4 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
Standard Shipping: Standard shipping usually takes 2-3 business days from the shipping date. This delay may vary depending on the destination and weather conditions.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track the progress of your order;

Standard Rates: Standard shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the destination. You can review shipping costs at checkout before finalizing your order.

Return and exchange policy
We are determined to ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes a return decision is necessary.
Please read our returns policy carefully below:
General Return Conditions:
Intact Products : We only accept returns for products that have not been opened and have the original packaging still sealed. Products must be in their original condition to be eligible for return.
Return Time : Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving the product. After this period, we will not be able to accept the return.
Prior Contact : Before returning a product, please contact our customer service at [email address] to obtain a return authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return fees : Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part in shipping the product or in the event of a defective product.
Non-Refundable Products:
Open Products: We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or whose original packaging has been tampered with in any way.
Customized Products: Personalized perfumes or specially ordered products are not refundable.
Return Process:
Contact Customer Service providing your order details, reason for return and photos, if applicable.
Receive Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return the product.
Returning the Product: Carefully package the product in its original packaging, including the RMA clearly marked on the outside of the package. Be sure to include all accessories and documents provided with the product.
Inspection and Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you whether the return has been accepted or rejected. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued, less return shipping costs if applicable.
